How to Prevent Coffee Stains in Your Mugs?

Coffee and its stains on mugs go hand in hand. You love coffee but hate its stain on mugs and always want to prevent your mugs from getting stains.

Here is how you can avoid coffee stains on your mugs:

Clean Right Away

Clean the mug right away after you have finished your coffee. This is the simplest way of preventing the mugs from stains.

But sometimes we get lazy and do not clean the mug immediately after drinking, and the coffee stains get into the mug. So next time when you get lazy to clean the mug, just remember the dirty look of a stained mug and you will clean it right away and see the results yourself.

Coffee Left=Stained Coffee Mugs

Don’t leave the coffee in your cup longer. Leaving the coffee in your cup for an extended time will get the stains into the cup.

Try to finish your coffee as early as you can. I know it’s difficult for coffee lovers, as they want to enjoy every sip of their coffee, but if you want a stain-free cup, then you will have to do so.

Choose the Perfect  Cup

The material of the cup is also very important to help in preventing stains, so choose wisely. Sometimes we buy the fancy cups, but those are only captivating for the eyes.  Do not opt for porous mugs; go for stainless steel or ceramic, as they are less prone to stains.

Along with all these tips, always clean your coffee mugs with dishwashing liquid after drinking. Sometimes we only wash the cup with tap water and do not use the dishwashing liquid. Simply rinsing the cup with water does not clean the stains.

Let’s just forget the coffee stains when you have these remedies, just enjoy your coffee!
